The initial consultation is all about getting a common understanding. I need to know about your goals, your health history, and how your body is currently functioning - but you do, too.

 

During the consultation, I'll use Live Blood Analysis and E.A.V. Analysis to put some numbers behind how you've been feeling.

 

By the end of the second meeting, you'll both go away better knowing about your health and the path we need to take forward.

 

I'll then implement a naturopathic supplementary programme to help bring your body back to optimal function. We may also need to use some straight-forward health techniques such as skin brushing or castor oil packing depending on your current situation.

 

From then on, we'll arrange regular check-ins to stay updated on how the course is going including further blood analysis, and I'll be available on email to contact if you have any questions.
